All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals at free365 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit. No hidden currency conversion fees apply to standard MYR payment methods.

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the free365 Platform. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by shared name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — constitute a material breach of these Terms. free365 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to withhold or void any balances or winnings associated with duplicate registrations, subject to applicable law.
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and complete. Any material misrepresentation entitles free365 to terminate your account immediately and to void any associated transactions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your free365 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. free365 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") on your account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or an unauthorised third party — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified free365 of a security breach.
free365 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform; (b) a player breaches any provision of these Terms; (c) a player is found to be ineligible under Section 2; or (d) free365 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
You may request closure of your free365 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Pending wagers at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or betting rules. Real money balances remaining in a closed account will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification requirements and any applicable withdrawal processing times.
free365 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX instant bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions), and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for fiat methods.
Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow QR typically credit to your free365 account within seconds of successful payment confirmation. FPX bank transfers credit subject to the processing times of the originating financial institution. free365 does not impose a platform-level deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Where verification has been completed satisfactorily, withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallets — typically within 15 minutes; bank transfers — typically within one (1) to two (2) business hours during operational hours. free365 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account in the player's name.

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. free365 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposits.
All bets and wagers placed on the free365 Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that bet type — sportsbook betting rules, live casino game rules, slot game paytables, and esports betting rules — as published within the relevant section of the Platform. These product-specific rules form part of these Terms and are binding on all players.
free365 reserves the right to reject or limit any bet or wager at any time and without providing a reason, including but not limited to cases of suspected match-fixing, arbitrage betting, use of betting bots, or exploitation of pricing errors. Bets are not confirmed until accepted and confirmed by the Platform's systems. In cases of technical malfunction during bet placement, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
A wager may be declared void by free365 in circumstances including: manifest pricing errors; incomplete or abandoned sporting events where applicable; technical failures during the relevant betting or gaming session; or breach of these Terms by the player. In the event of a void, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
Winnings will be credited to the player's free365 account balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game outcome. For live sports events, settlement occurs after the result is confirmed by the relevant sports governing body. free365 is not liable for delays in result confirmation caused by external bodies.
All promotional offers made available by free365 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game contribution weightings, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms will be communicated at the time of offer and must be read in conjunction with these General Terms.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the multiple by which bonus funds must be wagered before becoming withdrawable. The wagering contribution of each game type towards bonus requirements will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
free365 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain duplicate bonuses; using prohibited betting patterns to exploit bonus terms; using third-party software to complete wagering requirements. Detection of bonus abuse may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
free365 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments made to players who have already opted in to a promotion in accordance with its terms at the time of opt-in.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the free365 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

free365's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant event giving rise to liability.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter which cannot legally be excluded or limited.
The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by free365 is governed by the free365 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy. You should read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how free365 handles your personal information, including identity verification data, transaction records, and communications.
free365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, free365 will provide notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the regulatory authority under which free365 holds its gaming licence. Where disputes cannot be resolved through free365's internal complaints procedure within a reasonable period, players may escalate the matter to the applicable regulatory authority.
